Contract & Billing

Do you have any fixed contracts or terms on payment procedures? Nothing like that at all, we believe in freedom and flexibility. You can cancel your subscription with us at any time and we will not charge you for the next payment date. We also do not have any fixed contracts, you can stop your service with us at any time. Do be aware that once you cancel, you will lose access to the products or services you have purchased and all data associated with your business will be deleted.

What do I need to know about payments and automatic payments?. As said about our flexability, we accept paypal payments and NZ Bank Transfers. We also have a automatic payment system through sellix, which will charge you on the date you have set. If you wish to change the date, you can do so by contacting us. Automatic NZ Bank Transfer payments can be set with your bank, if you cannot pay on time, just let us know and we will work something out. Everything within our service can be discussed, no stressfull contracts or terms regarding payments come with our service.

What kind of issues could I encounter? We aim for 99.9% Uptime when a subsciption with one of our hosting and development subscriptions is active, however, we cannot guarantee that. We will do our best to keep your site up and running, however, if there is an issue, we will fix it as soon as possible.
